Meditation Programmes Throughout the Year
This is an evening for those who wish to keep a regular practise. It is very helpful if you prefer to meditate with a group rather than by yourself. It may be helpful if you have trouble finding a peaceful place at home.
We recommend attending a beginners class before joining but if you are some experience elsewhere this is not essential.
Beginners
Monday Evenings 8pm - 9pm
Starting January, After Easter and September

This is a five week course for those wish to learn about meditation. We wish teach you the basic technique of how to meditate. Also breath control, the benefit of good posture whilst sitting and the benefits of mindfulness in your daily life.
