How We Got Here
Jersey Meditation Group was founded over 20 years ago, as a free service for those who wanted to help each other learn.
​
Perhaps you are going through a difficult period in your life and want to make a positive change. We offer both short courses for beginners, regular weekly meetings for those who are more familiar and also special events.
​
We offer an area of peace and calm for those who wish to maintain a regular practice and for those who wish to escape the stress, noise and anxiety or everyday life.
​
As a group we support each other, we learn, share our thoughts and discuss how to handle difficult situations at work or at home. Our members have helped each other with anger, fear or a lack of control.
